The room was spacious, and the staff were excellent and professional.
The shower did not get hot ENOUGH, and it was necessary to turn on the cold water in the bath to achieve a better temperature. A few stains marked the carpet. Surely they could have been cleaned. This carelessness gave a poor impression.

The staff was kind and helpful . i especially liked the decor. It created a very warm feeling. the location is good. it is near the tube station.
the breakfast service was slow . i waited over 30 minutes to be served, and my table was not cleaned. my room also had a water leak. rain poured into the room.

This time at the hotel was another home run! the location is unbeatable, right next to the station. i especially loved all the little details. the staff is always ready to assist , from making restaurant reservations to finding anything i need. i can't wait to come back!

breakfast was a highlight , with many fresh and delicious options available each morning. the trattoria restaurant offered excellent quality food and excellent service from jasmin and adriana. i really enjoyed the coffee , it was perfect.
