cold water carpet stains
The room was spacious, and the staff were excellent and professional.
The shower did not get hot ENOUGH, and it was necessary to turn on the cold water in the bath to achieve a better temperature. A few stains marked the carpet. Surely they could have been cleaned. This carelessness gave a poor impression.

the location provides excellent access to major attractions. the breakfast was very tasty, served directly at my table. i found the staff to be very helpful, especially with directions.
the bathroom had limited lighting, made makeup application slightly difficult.

The staff was kind and helpful . i especially liked the decor. It created a very warm feeling. the location is good. it is near the tube station.
the breakfast service was slow . i waited over 30 minutes to be served, and my table was not cleaned. my room also had a water leak. rain poured into the room.

delicious breakfast great service cracking floor annoying sound
the breakfast at the trattoria restaurant was delicious , and the service was great. i really appreciated how the staff were pretty good too.
the wooden floor was cracking. also , the lift sound was annoying all night.

charming stay!
unbeatable location special detail ready staff
This time at the hotel was another home run! the location is unbeatable, right next to the station. i especially loved all the little details. the staff is always ready to assist , from making restaurant reservations to finding anything i need. i can't wait to come back!
the elevator made a bit of noise that i heard at night.

the hotel is steps away from the south kensington station, offering excellent connectivity. several museums are within a short walk, providing many cultural experiences. many restaurants and shops are nearby.

breakfast was a highlight , with many fresh and delicious options available each morning. the trattoria restaurant offered excellent quality food and excellent service from jasmin and adriana. i really enjoyed the coffee , it was perfect.

the hotel provides a concierge service , and gabriel was helpful with every request. the interior design throughout the hotel is fab and full of character. i found the mews suite to be very well furnished.
